YCC Account and Profile Management
How do I view my YCC profile?
To view your YCC profile, click on your name or initials in the upper right-hand corner. Select "Profile" from the drop-down menu. Your profile page will appear.
How do I edit my YCC profile?
To edit your profile, click on your name or initials in the upper right-hand corner. Select "Profile" from the drop-down menu. Your profile page will appear. Scroll to the "User Details" section on the left-hand side of the page. Click on "Edit Profile" in the upper right-hand corner of the section. Select the field you want to edit. To save these changes, click "Update Profile" in the bottom left corner of the page.
How do I change the email associated with my YCC account?
To change the email associated with your YCC account, click on your name or initials in the upper right-hand corner. Select "Profile" from the drop-down menu. Your profile page will appear. Scroll to the "User Details" section on the left-hand side of the page. Click on "Edit Profile" in the upper right-hand corner of the section. Scroll to the "Email Address" field to edit its contents. To save these changes, click "Update Profile" in the bottom left corner of the page.
How do I save any changes made to my YCC profile?

Scroll to the "User Details" section on the left-hand side of the page. Click on "Edit Profile" in the upper right-hand corner of the section. Select the field you want to edit. To save these changes, click "Update Profile" in the bottom left corner of the page. To cancel these changes, click "Cancel" in the bottom left corner of the page.
YCC Contact Information
How do I contact the YCC site support?
To contact site support, scroll down to the footer of any page and select "Help". This will direct you to the Contact Site Support page, where you can compose a message that will be sent to our support staff. Or you can send an email to contact@yourcareercounselor.com from any email program.
When can I expect to hear back from site support?
You can expect to hear back from site support between 24 hours and three business days of your inquiry. Response time will vary on the amount of traffic our support team is handling. Note: This is for platform support only. If you are asking a question about your specific program, please contact your Program Administrator.
How do I contact my Program Administrator?
Email is usually the best choice. If you have their email address, send them your question through any email program. To try to contact your program administrator within the application, you can use the messaging function. Click on the dark gray message bubble icon in the upper right-hand corner next to your name or initials. Click on the white search bar labeled “Search” next to the magnifying glass icon. Type in the name of your program administrator or search for previous conversations.
YCC Dashboard and Navigation
How do I expand and collapse the side navigation menu?
To expand and collapse the side navigation menu, click on the hamburger menu (three lines stacked on top of each other) in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
How do I view the YCC dashboard?
To view the YCC dashboard, make sure the side navigation menu is expanded. Select “Dashboard” and the page will appear.
How do I view my private files on YCC?
To view your private files on YCC, make sure the side navigation menu is expanded. Select “Private Files” and the page will appear.
How do I view my calendar?
Your calendar is always available in your Dashboard. Another way to view your YCC calendar is to click on your name or initials in the upper right-hand corner. Select “Calendar” from the drop-down menu. Your calendar will appear.
How do I send messages within YCC?
To send messages within YCC, click on the dark gray message bubble icon in the upper right-hand corner next to your name or initials. Click on a contact's name and send a message. If you do not have any contacts, you can still send a message using the search function.
How do I add a contact in messaging in YCC?
If you do not have any contacts, you can use the search bar to type in the name of who you are looking for. Click Enter. Then click the name of the person you wish to add as a contact. Next to their name click the three dots (...) and click “Add to contacts”
How do I view my contacts within YCC?
To view your contacts within YCC, click on the dark gray message bubble icon in the upper right-hand corner next to your name or initials. Click on the person shaped icon next to “Contacts” in the right-hand corner. Your contact page will appear.
How do I manage my settings for YCC messaging?
To manage your settings for YCC messaging, click on the dark gray message bubble icon in the upper right-hand corner next to your name or initials. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page.
YCC Enrollment and Courses
I am having trouble enrolling in a course on YCC. What should I do?
Enrolling in a course on YCC is usually straightforward. Sometimes you will need a password to enroll if the course is locked. If none of these options are available or you do not have the password, contact your program administrator or contact site support.

I was enrolled in the wrong course. What should I do?
If you were enrolled in the wrong course, contact your program administrator or contact site support.
I was assigned to the wrong company or school. What should I do?
If you were assigned to the wrong company or school, contact your program administrator or contact site support.
How do I view my courses?
Your courses should always be available in the “My Courses” block on your Dashboard.
How do I view all of my YCC course grades?
To view all of your YCC course grades, click on your name or initials in the upper right-hand corner. Select “Profile” from the drop-down menu. Your profile page will appear. Scroll to the “Reports” section on the right-hand side of the page. Click on “Grades Overview” and the page will appear.
How do I view my YCC certificates?
To view your YCC certificates, click on your name or initials in the upper right-hand corner. Select “Profile” from the drop-down menu. Your profile page will appear. Scroll to the “Miscellaneous” section on the right-hand side of the page. Click on “My Certificates” and the page will appear.
How do I apply to YCC programs?

How do I recover my forgotten password?
To recover your forgotten password, go to the YCC Login Page. Scroll to the middle of the page under “Login” and select “Forgot Password?” Fill out the information and recover your password.

To change your password, go to the YCC Login Page. Scroll to the middle of the page under “Login” and select “Forgot Password?” Fill out the information and recover your password.
How do I recover my forgotten email username?
To recover your forgotten username, go to the YCC Login Page. Click on the question mark icon in a light gray circle. Select “Contact Site Support” next to the envelope icon. Fill out the information to request help in recovering your email/username.
